| The most difficult aspect of transferring power to the American citizens will be the fact that Congress will fight the movement initially, when we agree to change the system we will have a plan that will allow us to blindside the old school politicians and send them home when they do not comply with the will of the American citizens: first step; introduce the legislation that amends the constitution to a true Democratic document, When the popular vote ratifies the bill, we present it to Congress with the assumption they will reject it so at that time, we will inform them that they will have till next election to pack up, the citizens of that state will elect into office, the candidate we chose from our parties ranks. |
